The cog on the incident form opens your school's own questions: write one in Swedish and English, pick yes/no, leave Required unticked, and tick whether it may follow onto the quick form – the counter speaks up when there are too many. The teacher sees the questions folded to one line, the after-school teacher gets a single one on the quick form, the answer lands on the report. And what nobody uses is retired: deleted while unanswered, hidden once it has answers. Few questions, fewer required.

How-to · Several registers in one kommun

One SS12000 source per school, one installation. The kommun's IT enters each school's connection, syncs them all at once and moves on while the runs continue on the server; the same sync runs every night by itself, and the rektor runs their own school from the normal sync page. Two rektors, two student lists, separate registers.

How-to · Give one person more than the register says

The register decides who teaches whom. When a teacher covers a class the register does not know about, the rektor adds the group, a single pupil, or takes a lesson off by hand, right on the person's profile page; a bigger role is picked in the same list and the app shows what it adds before it is saved. The person sees the same facts on their own profile, without the levers. And every summer the year's exceptions clear by themselves, into an archive.
