Simple, transparent pricing
The same per-student price for municipalities and independent schools. Municipalities get a direct-procurement package with a fixed cap of SEK 170,000/year, or SEK 148,000/year with Skolshield-managed BankID, so that a four-year contract always stays under SEK 700,000; independent schools pay per student with no cap. For advertised tenders or extended scope we quote per engagement. All prices exclude VAT.

Everything included
Add-ons outside the base package
Two routes: (1) via the responsible authority's own BankID bank agreement, included in the annual fee; the identification cost is paid directly to your bank and does not count toward our contract value. If you lack a BankID agreement, we help you sign one at no markup. (2) Skolshield-managed BankID via our own connection: SEK 5,000 one-time activation and SEK 25,000 per year, flat price with normal use. For municipal authorities, route 2 counts toward the contract value; the cap is then lowered to SEK 148,000/year so that the four-year contract still stays under the direct-procurement threshold (4 × 148,000 + 5,000 + 4 × 25,000 = SEK 697,000). An on-site training day cannot then be added within a direct procurement.
15 000 kr per day, including travel and lodging within Sweden. Live online training for your superusers is always included in the annual fee.
For municipal direct-award procurement: priced add-ons count toward the contract value. With the price cap, one training day (4 × 170,000 + 15,000 = SEK 695,000) fits under the threshold — we therefore limit the contract to at most one day, and with Skolshield-managed BankID no training day fits at all. Independent schools can order any number of days.
Municipalities: priced for direct procurement
The cap is set so a four-year contract always fits under the direct-procurement threshold. No advertised tender is needed, the contract can be signed directly.

With Skolshield-managed BankID:
4 × 148 000 kr + 5 000 kr + 4 × 25 000 kr = 697 000 kr < 700 000 kr
The ceiling is absolute — indexation can never lift a contract above the threshold. Digital training is included in the price. Priced add-ons count: an on-site training day fits (SEK 695,000 over four years), and if you choose Skolshield-managed BankID the cap is lowered to SEK 148,000/year so the contract still fits (SEK 697,000, then without a training day).
When we take part in an advertised tender with extended scope — integrations, e-services or implementation projects — pricing is quoted per engagement; the cap applies to the standard scope of the direct-procurement package.
More for municipalitiesIndependent schools: per student, no ceiling
Independent schools are not covered by the Public Procurement Act (LOU), so the direct-procurement threshold does not apply to you. You pay SEK 55 per student per year, with the same floor of SEK 25,000.
