How-to · Give one person more than the register says

The register decides who teaches whom. When a teacher covers a class the register does not know about, the rektor adds the group, a single pupil, or takes a lesson off by hand, right on the person's profile page; a bigger role is picked in the same list and the app shows what it adds before it is saved. The person sees the same facts on their own profile, without the levers. And every summer the year's exceptions clear by themselves, into an archive.

The municipality overview, the huvudman inbox, the statistics for the whole kommun and the deadline for picking up a lift.

The same address for everyone in the film. The mentor sees the report whole, the teacher gets only the teacher text and a 403 on the case, the student health team sees the sender's name, the principal has the tools nobody else has — and the IT administrator and the reporter role do not get in at all. One kommun, three schools, one installation. The mentor flags repeated kränkning and the chapter 6 chain opens the case by itself; the health team adds her concern to that same case, she writes her notes to the team on it, the principal acknowledges, reports to the huvudman and lifts the case there. The central health team picks it up, sees the whole kommun in one overview and answers the mentor.

How-to · Several registers in one kommun

One SS12000 source per school, one installation. The kommun's IT enters each school's connection, syncs them all at once and moves on while the runs continue on the server; the same sync runs every night by itself, and the rektor runs their own school from the normal sync page. Two rektors, two student lists, separate registers.
